LIFETIME FACTORY WARRANTY

 

Intellitronix Corporation offers a Lifetime Factory Warranty on its products. The warranty certifies that the product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts and does not include labor or transportation costs to ship the product back to the factory. The product return MUST be accompanied with dated proof of purchase. Warranty applies to original purchasers only. Improper use or installation,  accident, water damage, abuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations void this warranty. The manufacturer is free of any liability for damages due to breach of any written or implied warranty on all products made by Intellitronix.

REPAIR  POLICY/ PROCEDURES

  1. Please call Technical Support at +1 440-210-7646 or send an email to support@intellitronix.com to receive an RMA Number and proper forms.

  2. Include a copy of the completed Intellitronix Repair Form.

  3. All packages must be accompanied with an RMA Number, please write this number on the outside of the package for identification. 

  4. ​Mail the product being returned with the completed Repair Form  and a copy of the original sales invoice to:

All RETURNS & REPAIRS must have a Return Authorization Number and completed forms for processing

REFUND/RETURN 
POLICY AND  PROCEDURES

  1. A full refund of purchase if product is returned within 30 days of purchase.

  2. All returns for a refund must have a completed Intellitronix Return Form included in the package with the returned product.

  3. If the return is for a product that is not defective, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The product must be in the same pristine condition that it was sent to you.

  4. Proof of purchase is required and the product must have been purchased through Intellitronix directly. Please include a copy of the original sales order with the returned product.

  5. All packages must be accompanied with an RMA Number, please write this number on the outside of the package for identification. Please contact tecnical support to be issues an RMA number. 

  6. All products must be returned undamaged and in working order in the original packaging including plexiglass, sending units, and mounting hardware, or we will apply additional charges for products and accessories not returned.

  7. All refunds will be reviewed by the Accounting Office.
