Thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you. We want to personally share with you a new update on our efforts to provide Intellitronix product in a timely manner during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

We are complying with local and federal agencies in protecting our employees and following guidelines set down by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in the United States. ​

Effective March 24, we began operating with a reduced staff. We are working diligently to continue to support our customers while modifying our operations to keep our team as safe as possible. All departments including customer service, product assistance and shipping will be affected by this reduction. However, we do plan to continue shipping orders daily.

We appreciate your patience and support as we navigate this temporary transition. For the fastest, most efficient service, please place orders online at

Our phone hours for orders, customer service and product assistance are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

Additionally, we are working closely with our suppliers to maintain a constant flow of component materials needed to manufacture our products for our customers in the transportation industry. Based on the extent of the Coronavirus situation, our domestic and foreign suppliers are experiencing a slowdown in their ability to provide us with these component materials. We are looking for alternatives, where supplies may be limited. ​

Due to the supplier situation, we currently have a backlog in our Production department causing delays on a few products, not all. As soon as we have the needed components to manufacture Intellitronix products, we will ship them to you and send an email notification with UPS tracking information.

We apologize for the delay and ask for your patience during this global crisis. We are working diligently to continue providing the best quality electronics product you can buy. ​
