As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and successful installation experience for our cutting-edge digital dashboards in their beloved classic vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation Guru: Be the go-to expert for customers navigating the installation process of our digital dashboards in their classic cars and trucks.

  • Troubleshooting Extraordinaire: Assist customers in identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during installation, ensuring they have a seamless and frustration-free experience.

  • Patient Problem Solver: Patience is your virtue. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, providing clear instructions and concise explanations.

  • Clear Communicator: Effectively communicate complex technical information in a simple and understandable manner, whether through phone calls, emails, or online chat.

  • Product Advocate: Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to provide valuable customer feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.

  • Empathetic Listener: Understand customer concerns and challenges, demonstrating empathy while offering effective solutions.

  • Documentation Prodigy: Create and maintain comprehensive installation guides and troubleshooting documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

  • Passion for Classic Cars: Share your enthusiasm for classic automobiles, connecting with customers on a shared love for automotive history and restoration. Are cars and trucks a passion? Do you enjoy providing customer service?

 Freshdesk or Zendesk experience is a plus.


  • Automotive Enthusiast: A genuine passion for classic cars, trucks, and automotive culture is a must.

  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of automotive electrical systems and basic electronics. Previous experience with dashboard installations is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues methodically and efficiently.
